I do not use dd now, but did and I have a grandchild on the way
My rules for giving dd was weting the bed without good nights on,lying, and not being responsible.(Yes that's broad)

Dd was on the weekends and was cloth diapers 2-3 layers. Mom had to make them. Plastic pants was from some hippy site
Changes was 9am before lunch and bath time. If she did not do a number 2 during the day she got suppositories fleet brand at the bath time diapering. Supper was after bath time. So yes she went to bed messy, usually sat night.

I did use spankings. Friday nights she was spanked and paddled. I use the quarters method for corner time. I used that time to get the diaper supply's out of attic. We only had two pair of plastic pants at a time.

Unlike the rest of you I did not use plugs or other things.

If she earned multiple weekends some of theM would be rashy butt weekends.
