i do not have a band (i would like to know where you guys got that idea, cause i didnt give it to you), but i do make music, i play guitar. i agree with you that punk is some of the best music ever, here is a list of some of the punk bands that i listen to just so you dont think that i am filling you full of shit: a new found glory, pennywise, saves the day, reset, less than jake, dont look down, ataris, solstice, lucky boys confusion, sum 41, rx bandits, yellowcard, live on release, junction 18, rancid, badbrains, nofx, slick shoes, straight faced, millencollin, goldfinger, me first and the gimme gimmes...the list goes on and on, most of the music that i play is punk. i didnt say that heavy music is "better." i was showing the point that stereotype tries to be heavy and thinks that they are... but they indeed fail...MantrA just happens to be better at what stereotype is trying to do.
