I guess we have to ask ourselves the question of whether we want a winning team or a team full of talent that can't win. If Fairfield keeps having losing seasons even O'Toole won't be able to get the recruits. I think we should look at getting someone in here who can actually provide direction for the players. Half the time it doesn't look like TOT knows what he is doing out there. The time has come to get a coach that will mold the talent and not break it down.

RF: I am sorry that your glass is half empty, mine is half full. Your story is yesterdays news. We have a winning record. We were 91-162 with 3 winning seasons from MAAC inception until TOT started. Ouch! The Stags are 37 and 37 in the MAAC with TOT. He now has talent and is winning. Are there bumps? Yes. I love Stag hoops as you do, but results count. Gene Doris should re-up Tim and staff now so that it does not hinder recruiting.

We are giving him ample time to prove hs worth. A great recruiter, yes. A great game coach? Not even close. Yes there has been improvement in the league and we have voluntarily been spoon fed to the nation's elite programs now for the past five years but everyone is waiting to see the marked improvement and consistent 15+ win seasons. I have a feeling that if that's not the case this year, Doris might be compelled to make a change...
