I went to wvof.com and got a message that it couldn't find the site. I then went to wvof.org and got the same message. Then went to Fairfieldstags.com and followed the live broadcast link to wvof.com and then got the same message. It wasn't until ghostman posted to follow the message from the radio station that I followed the link to http://www.staff.fairfield.edu/ctimmeny. Once I got here I was able to click on the link to the wvof stream and listen to the game.

I don't think there was a problem with the stream, but the wvof website was down (I just tried the site and got the same message), and it wasn't until I was directed to the ctimmeny site that I was able to access the link to the stream.

I could not get the webcasting to work for two straight games. But it has worked for me for the last two games no problem. I have done nothing to change my PC or my software. What I have started doing is logging on to the video 2 hours before each game. I heard, (and don't know if this is true) that there is a capacity issue and that once a certain number of people tune in, no new listeners can be added. JS - can you find out if this is the case?

Saturday was the first time all season I could not pull up the web cast, and it was also the first time I remember trying to do so after the game started.

Sounds like a limited capacity issue to me.

SonofDoc, did you go to the other address at http://www.staff.fairfield.edu/ctimmeny/ and you still could not get on?????????

I did send an email to Athletic Department, WVOF, and Sports Info. I will followup with a phone call to get some answers

If the new "staff" address is the way to bypass the server limitation (or whatever it is), then the FF Basketball Sports page link should be modified so as to not mislead people.
