Coaches, like players, in the MAAC are mostly not complete, else they would not be in the MAAC or at least not long in the MAAC. We have won this year with better and deeper talent than most and defensive intensity.

That being said, I'd like to see coaching and player improvement, especially on the offensive end. Is Hobbie an "offensive" coach? We need an offensive mind. And if TOT progresses and becomes that, great. If that means he moves on, good for him.

I am happy we have had a good year. But given what we have all seen, asking for improvement is VERY reasonable. I think TOT would agree.
