[the young catling pads into the tavern, looking very much like a feline as she scampers up on all fours to scurry into an empty seat. carefully withdrawing the coin from a tattered pocket, she examined it wistfully. discarded by one who could spare it, one who had no intention of donating this coin to her cause, she had plucked it from the ground where it had lain, submerged in a street-side puddle... whoever had dropped it had been long gone, and cared little for the misplaced coin. gently laying it upon the table before her, reluctant to part with it but hungry all the same, she ordered a very simple meal and drink - as much as the coin could afford, which was a terribly petty amount. awaiting her meal, cat-eyes turn to the others in the tavern, gazing at each in turn, curious]
