[came the soft reply, barely over a whisper yet still heard. a small smile graces her features, noting he looked as nervous as she felt, and probably looked. summoning up more courage, she glances down to the small ball in her hand, happiness becoming more apparent]
"Can you do this, Tweek?"
[she tucked the ball away, and then began to try the trick that Darq had just taught her not long before. An egg was withdrawn, one that probably would have been quickly consumed by the hungry catling youngling, had it been edible and had she had it sooner. very carefully, taking great care with a small claw, she cracked the egg open, a full-grown dove flitting from that very egg and landing on her fingers. cooing, as a dove does, it ruffled it's wings and began to preen it's soft, snowy-white feathers. glancing at it, proof of her sucess with that trick, the catling girl smiled cheerfully, proud and pleased]
