they can represent personality. on mine, the dulled silver is a sign of great wisdom and responsibility. the light blue is a sign of kindness and tolorance. the same is true for the blue on your Guardian's clothes. the gold means that she is somewhat shy, and the crimson means that she is very devoted to her work. every color means something different, but there are several colors for everything so that the outfits can avoid being gaudy when possible. crimson and royal purple both mean the same thing, for example.

gems have a seperate meaning altogether. they come in the primary color of ones personality- in this case, devotion. the gems are there to point out that this is the dominant personality trait. one who has none, like myself, is one who has no need to show their personality off. nobody ever comes through here, so i do not wear mine. they were, however, dull silver.
