I hope this is just a sign that PE&A have made at least one strong invite who has confirmed beforehand that she plans to screen. Both Anya and Gabby were well-traveled and well-studied so they could out-talk about 80% of the delegates at MU/MW if they were sent without training but at the end of the day, both of them are not perfect and they still needed at least 3 months of interview coaching at least to bring them to top competitive form. Not every "Wendy" or "Gabrielle" that turns up to screen is going to have a background that would have prepared her with enough life experiences and formal education as some of our more fortunate reps.
