Changing Rules????

Trying to figure out, I have read back several days trying to see where anyone ask about rules, and also looked at rules to see which ones changed.I also had a problem finding where anyone ask for someone to return a trophie. I do see a change in the tow truck rules, added an ET limit; but I dont understand why everybody is so bitchey.if You read My post I did ask for a little move for My Wife in the Queens class, but any car could give a 2 second move and still out run what She has to work with.just trying to clarify a thing or too.
Only thing I`m sure of is that the little Labmouse has been chewing on its cage all week wonting some of that Hooptie and the Buick, lets race people.
