Who's bending rules? It's been the same from the get go. It's ALWAYS BEEN THE 2/10THS TIME BREAKAGE.
If the spotholder is not present at the next race that's considered his "missed" race. If he's not at the next one, it don't matter-his time has to be broken by 2/10ths in order for his spot to be lost. You best check yourself before you get on here talking shit that you don't know about.
I said 9 flats b/c anyone that runs a 9.15 should damn well be able to lay a 9.00 wouldn't ya think?
