if a 2-3 inch overlay would be done could it fix the problem for a year-year and a half?

2.5 years ago is when i had the patch fixed at the 100ft or so mark....

talking to other track owners they speak of a process where they use some sort of lazer system to lay down asphaly egually...

if we can convince art to get the overlay done then promote races to put in a kitty to resurface the place in a certain time frame it might be worth it in the long run for all of us...

we gonna have to make the place better....art has put his name on the deed only to keep the place from being converted from a race track
