THE REASON FOR THE SLOWER TIMES AT HALLSVILLE WOULD BE DUE TO THE TRACKS ARE AT DIFFERENT IN SEA LEVELS. THE LOWER THE SEA LEVEL THE FASTER THE CARS WILL GO. THE CARS CAN BE SET UP EXACTLY THE SAME AND THE TRACKS SPRAYED THE SAME... EVERYTHING CAN BE THE SAME ... AND THE CARS WILL BE FASTER AT A LOWER SEA LEVEL TRACK. NOT TAKING UP FOR HALLSVILLE JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WHY THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE.
