Howdy Ruby;

The URL for the DoD map (circa 1972) is http://www.nexus.net/~911gfx/vietnam/maps/ne48-16/ne48_16b.html . For scale, use the fact that the blue lines are separated by exactly 10 Km. Locate the town of Cam Lo and follow HWY QL-9 towards the west (left) until you get to the village of Thon Son Lam. I think that FSB Neville was 3 or 4 Km. to the northwest of Thon Son Lam (at least there's a "possible fire base" indicated on the map at that location, but it isn't named).
