following me around eBay, causing me to either 1) LOSE A PART TO YOU cowardly anonymkous harrassers , who have to do so behind aliases ands psuedo names, something juries don't "cotten" to very much. THe've never really liked someone who pretends to be an outstanding citizen by day and a cross burning, eBay chasing and harrassing anonymous coward hatemonger, behind the refuge of a keyboard when ever, that harrasser feels like doing so, ...not exactly considered freeedom of expression. 2) have to pay 3-5 timeds what I wouold have normally paid for it. I know thast this gives you all some sort of warped sadistic immoral, lacking in charactoer and integrity, pleasure. You feel as thouhg yopu have some sort of legal or moral justifiucation to do so, of which neither I nor anyone else, reasonable or rational can understand, so with that said. PLease stop harrassing me , and I am in the process of bringing this whole, bazaar, perverse, inane chapter in my life, that you all have caused or contributed to, to an end, an end that you won't much like! So , GREETINGS: currently before a Fedral Magistrate is a motion to ammed an existing civil complaint, adding co-defenants Arnold, Reynolds, The Chicago Illinois Police dept.the City of Chicago, Illinois,, Dearinger, The Des Moines, Iowa Police Department, the City of Des Moines Iowa, Gregor Savernik of cleveland Ohio, and of course least we forget Mr. Eeglarz , your "mole" for the last 2.5 years that has provided you with various critical information about me that enables you to continuie ro harrass me, causingme distress and alarm, makijng it difficult to function and focus on the thingas that I need to do, like earn a living. This amewnded complaint will be filed wqityh in a week in the Middle District of Oralnado , Fl. Parks Vs, Bellsouth,,(,I'm surprised at you Arnold, you failed to uncover this case; you're such a small time coward that you only check the local district court records)! Well go behind your cowardly keyboard, and check this one, M.F. AAlso, I sugest that you havce as much fun as possible, because allong withthe motion and memrandae to amend the complaint , is also a motion filing for a TRO against you cowards as well as anyone that you know, have known or will know, or any of your agents ort their's from having any , that means ANY contact with me. my employer, family friends, or anyone who is or has been in the conduct of business with me. Once the proper memorandae is noted to the court, I will persue the more permanant injunctiuon against any of you coward defendant s from having ANY which means ANY contact with me, now and in the future, until the end of time as we know it! So , in conclusion, have your fun until , oh, I'd say the end of this month beginning of next month. Whether I amend this complaint, or file a new one agaisnst you all, you will be named as co-defendant and charged with one or more of the following charges, harrassment, interfering with my commerce and business transactions, conspiracy to violate rights of privacy, interfering with an employment contract, causing of emotion trama and distress, interfereing with the marital bliss and familial relationships, just to name a few.
