~she thanks the receptionist, and surveys the room with a small smile. Very nice, she thought to herself. Treading to the table, she picked up the earpiece and selected one of the cushy chairs for her seat. Considering the communication-officer equipment, she examined it cheerily. Very, very intriguing, this.
She waited briefly for the crackle, then followed the instructions that had been verbally delivered by the receptionist, satisfied when the crackle that had before filled the room soon came from only to the earpiece she was now wearing... Not that she thought the conversation would have any specific use to the Federation, it didn't hurt to keep the words of the one she spoke to away from prying ears and eavesdroppers~
