the three-way gun scene *was* great, wasn't it?? But I think my favorite scene from that ep was when Skinner told CSM "It's time for you to pucker up and kiss my ass!"
One of my all time favorites Skinner scenes is the one where Scully comes to his motel room door in "This Is Not Happening". He's just so. . .paternal with her. It's so obvious that he loves her, yet so equally obvious that it's not in any way a sexual or romantic kind of love. . .more like a father-daugher relationship.
