Skinner was way underused. We coud have learned a lot more about him. I always thought that he would be the most likely character for a spin-off series. Skinner as boss and the inner workings of the FBI. I can see why they wanted to keep CSM and Krycek mysterious but we really don't know much about who Skinner is.
