The colorblindness. I would guess that Mulder could still identify blood on a victim by the smell and texture. Remember in Revelations he tasted it because he knew it was just ketchup or something? I think his red/green thing was just a plot device for that episode. There's been a few of those. Oh well. Even Spotsy said they changed how Scully received her cross (stated in Ascension as being on her birthday) for the Christmas ep just because they thought it would be a good story.

I don't know about the FBI requirements but I'm sure there's a 'ot of libertties taken with that. Hasn't it been said that there's no way someone with Scully's medical training would be a field agent?

Some of the differences annoy me more than others. I'd always chalked the Samantha abduction alteration to Mulder remembering something he hadn't previously in LGM. That didn't annoy me as much as the fact that suddenly in...One Son I think?...we have a video of Mulder's hypnosis session (in a really bad wig) when previousy we only knew about an audio of that. I think it was thrown in for dramatics and it wasn't needed. But with pilots a lot of series tend to make a lot og changes in their series from what originally happened in the Pilot. I guess because they hadn't really worked out how they wanted things to go. The XF Pilot was still really good.
