I miss the classic Mulder/Scully XF eps. And, while the new weird teaming would be okay, I was really hoping that what will probably be the last few eps we ever see both Mulder and Scully in would have them together working the X-Files, pregnancy or no.

I do not blame Gillian for being ready to move on. Nor do I blame her for agreeing to the 9th season she doesn't want in order to get more money and more time with Piper. In her position I think many would do the same. She has a daughter to support and to raise. Money and time are important to both. Yes, she's making what, to most of us, would be an astronomical amount of money right now, but there is no guarantee that it will continue to come in that way. So she needs to make all she can now so she can be prepared if her success doesn't continue.

Just MHO, of course.
