it's entirely possible Scully and Mulder conceived their baby on his couch after watching "Caddyshack". Almost kind of fitting, in a way, for it to be conceived on the couch, since they've had so many other great scenes there. However, that scenario makes sense only if we assume that at LEAST three weeks elapsed between the end of "JS" and the beginning of "Requiem". A woman doesn't start experiencing fatigue, dizziness and nausea related to pregnancy one week after conception!
However, as the timeline of "XF" is notoriously wonky, this could be.
