Wow, he really wanted to stay longer? That's good to hear. He really ought to connect with his fans more often. He would like some of us. ;-) I think he gives WAY to many interviews with stupid reporters who realy don't know much and that might be what causes him to be kind of bitter about stardom in general.

Him saying Evolution is a transitional role is funny! He is taking a big risk doing this type of film though. Maybe it's goin to be a satire about the SF genre and he wants to make fun of it. I hope he knows he'll be in for a lot more strange press with comparisons to XF. I don't quite gt why he'd want to subject himself to that. I wonder what his XF coworkers think about his choice of latest projects.
