treat Mulder the same way they wrote about Vera in "Cheers". We never saw her face--the only time she was on an episode, she had a pie thrown in her face which is all we ever saw. Maybe Mulder will be on some undercover assignment in a foreign land and that will be all they say. I have watched him on a couple of talk shows and he has said that there is no more Mulder. Rosie was upset but said she understood. From the way she talked, I got the impression she was a major XFiles fan--she said she has seen every episode. It should be interesting to see what they write for S9! I know that the Kersh thing could really be a long, involved story line so maybe that's what part of S9 will be.

I plan on watching because I am curious on how they will explain no Mulder. DD said that it seemed that the only thing that could scare Mulder off was fatherhood.
