Rab-id and KS are running around frantically, barely able to take in what the Mayor is saying. Rab-id is remembering all those late nights at the library after receiving grants doling out the money: "$25 for the Mayor, $50 for the library, and $100 for me. $25 for the Mayor..."

KS, in a panic over the IRS scare, is jumping at every little noise and shooting her machine gun at everyone in polyester pants and white shirts. After her speech, the Mayor gets thoroughly fed up with the two and bonks their heads together.

"Get a grip you two!" she demands. "We're in C-Y-B-E-R-S-P-A-C-E. The U.S. has no jurisdiction here!"

"Oh yeah," Rab-id rubs her head. "Drinks are on me, Mayor."

KS heaves a sigh. "Good, because I'm not sure all my therapy receipts are in chronological order."

The Mayor harumphs. "We all know what business you're in KS. Give up the therapy facade."

"Yeah," Kande pipes up. "Real therapists don't say things like: 'Get a life.' 'Quit whining.' 'It's all about you, isn't it?' or 'Enough about you, let's talk about me.'"

KS scowls at Kande. "Oh yeah, and like the Noromo Gazette is an *award-winning* paper?" Kande dives at KS, and soon the two are scrambling together on the floor.

The Mayor watches them fondly. "Aahh, everything is back the way it should be." she gestures behind her. "IOT, fine those two for fighting in front of me."
