Subject: Subtle shippiness

What are some eps that you think have good, shippy scenes but aren't normally mentioned as being one of the major MSR eps?? (i.e. not eps like "The Unnatural" or "Triangle" that even diehard noromos admit had a touch of romance about them).
One of my faves in this category is "The Red and the Black". This ep starts out with Mulder holding hands with and comforting Scully while she's in the hospital and ends with her holding hands with and comforting him while they're in the backseat of a car driven by military personnel who are, um, "escorting" them off a military base. They're very protective of and tender toward each other in this ep, yet it rarely gets mentioned when people are shipper talking.
