I've always loved the interaction between Mulder and Scully during Fight the Future. It always struck me as more of how I always wanted them to interact, and I'm not talking about the hallway almost-kiss. It seemed to me that they got to act a little bit more like actual friends and even more like actual people in the movie. I was watching Fight the Future the other day with my BF, and he commented on it as well. They seemed to be a little more like friends and partners would act around eachother, instead of the brooding, pale and tragic depressed, lonely, paranoid people we see in the show itself. It was a new angle almost. DD and GA got a chance to make them a little more human, and I thought those scenes were the BEST scenes, because all the Mulder/Scully romance in the world isn't worth a thing if the actors can't keep it real.
