I think that is a good theory, however Reyes would have had to be written as something other than the ASA she turned out to be. And I am so with the idea of having Skinner move up. I wish they had just done that and not introduced Doggett and Reyes at all, truth be told. I think it would have prevented some of the dissention among philes that has happened in the last 2 years.
