"owowowowowwow" kande whines, "Shipperville DOES have socialized medical care right Mayor??"

"um sort of...its based on what you can afford" kenamom sighs, "some people, like civil servants and other dedicated residents get medical service but those people in the private sector, pay through the nose."

"OOOOWWWWWWW" kande doubles back, one hand on her back one hand on her wallet. The ambulance doors swing open and Aunt Madges growls at them with clipboard in hand.

"Okay, the hospital is rather full tonight, since we only have one bed and some thin lipped pale guy is hogging it so the rest of you will have to wait your turn!" she bellows.

The crew stumble into the waiting room when Rabid steps out from JD's room. She smiles at the townsfolk,

"ARREST HER" kenamom yells.

"Evening Mayor, my you look fine tonight" Rabid begins to check her pockets and finding KS's gold card that she lifted from her earlier gets an idea, "I am so glad I ran into you tonight Mayor I have payment for those back taxes I owe" she pulls out the gold card and waves it under the mayors petite nose.

"You are under arrest Rabid, stolen vehicle, running down a FBI agent..." the mayors nose begins to twitch as she sniffs out the available credit limit, "your overdue fines alone will ....keep...you...locked....."kenamom grabs the card and shoves it in her pocket.

"So kande, how about that weather huh?"

"oooowwwwwwww" kande whines.

CW, watching the actions from behind a large purple hat she is styling with her needles, spots something on Rabids chin. "Is that blood?" she drops her needles and touches Rabids chin but pulls her hand away quickly as Rabids eyes turn a glowing red and two large fangs appear from her upper gum.

"You really should do something about that overbite" Marge screams as she passes through with a pint of fresh blood for JD. Rabid begins to drool.

"OH NO' kenamom, is the first to figure things out grabs CW's needles and fashions a cross, holding it high over Rabid, Rabid cowers and falls to her knees.

"DAMN IT RABID, I TOLD YOU TOO MUCH BUFFY WOULD DO THIS TO YOU"

"oooooowwwwwwwwww" kande whines.

"What do we do Mayor" Detour forgets she is the superhero and asks from behind her cape.

"We must perform an bufficism" kenamom yells "GET DR STARDOE AND KS NOW!" Detour first runs into JD's room and pulls KS out, then she leaps out the window towards Stardoes place. She picks herself off fromt he ground, mometarily forgetting she is a superhero that can't fly.
"I'm okay" she runs off.

KS begins to unpack her buffycism tools as the Mayor continues to keep the quivering Rabid under the needles spell.

"Thank god you Aced your Mayor exam's kenamom, you knew just what to do"

The Mayor smiles down at the Rabid Vampire, "all in a days work my friends, now don't you worry Rabid, we will get you back to being a Shipper before you can say, 'Mulders the father'"

"oooowwwwwww" kande whines.

The door suddenly crashes open and Stardoe runs in all excited, "is it true, are we going to exercise the evil Buffy demons tonight!" The seeing Rabid, dripping with blood and huge fangs gleeming int he moonlight.

"YES" she and KS high five then set in to work.
