she suspected that she was pregnant right away. I always knew long before any test told me I was expecting. It was just a feeling I had. As a doctor, maybe she might have experienced the same thing. It's easy though to try to ignore that feeling which is what she might have been trying to do--especially in All Things which would account for her behaviors, etc. Then when she found out for sure that she was pregnant, she had to face reality as it really was--not as she had been told and believed. Then (pausing for breath) in light of everything that had happened to her and Mulder, she had to face athe very real possibility that something might be wrong (or different) with her baby.
