to slowly move toward the hiding trio as they tried to hide even deeper into the potted fern in front of them.

Pulling out their weapons, Reyes and Scully looked at each other, and slowly counted to three on their fingers in cop talk. On three, they pushed Rabid into the potted fern and jumped out from behind the stand.

"Freeze" they screamed from behind drawn weapons as they faced the noise which now was becoming more audible.

Startled by what they saw, Scully and Reyes stared first at
what was in front of them and then at each other, their eyes wide with surprise!
