What an ep... I am still in a state of "high" since yesterday when I got to finally see it..No, actually I am "physically shaking" heh heh....:-)
As for the use of "Dana" and "Mulder"..I think it makes sense. It was the first time that I saw Mulder calling Scully "Dana" and it didn't bother me. It *did* bother me in the early seasons...maybe because now I realize how intimate it sounds (it was not apropriate in that sense back then, because they didn't have that much of a close relationship).
I also read at the haven boards a post saying that 'Dana' is a symbol for the "reall" person Scully is, "Scully' is the outside character of "Dana", or something like that, and that Mulder *finally* got the chance to reach to the real 'Dana', who was behind her walls all these years.
As for Scully calling him "Mulder" - that makes sence as well. She doesn't want to hurt him by calling him the name he hates so much, and of course there is this whole history with his parents that comes with that name.
