KM sniffles and puts away her tax notebook. She'll tax everyone later, after the party is cleaned up.

A horn toots in her ear. Wincing, the Mayor backs up into Bubba who has entered the town square precariously toting the birthday cake. The crowd gasps as Bubba begins weaving back and forth among the revelers. The Scully and Mulder action figures on top of the cake bounce on the little Barbie bed Bubba had laid them on. People smirk and point.

"Hey!" KS objects as Bubba stumbles past her, "I thought you were going to use the Skipper and Scooter bunkbed I gave you."

Bubba ignores her and concentrates instead on landing the cake on the table that has appeared in his line of vision, draped with a tablecloth dotted with alien heads. Meanwhile, KM is being given a tour of her own city.

"And over there, we have bungee jumping," Stardoe is telling her proudly, pointing as Kande is pushed off a platform, gagged and tied, "and here is your very own Shippy garden, courtesy of CW!"

KM gasps and tears flow down her face freely as she observes the topiary wonderland that CW has designed for her. All the X-file notables are there, complete with Krychek with a gaping hole in his forehead and Monica shooting at Brad as he begs for mercy. She covers her mouth and her eyes widen as she realizes Doggett has a very large...

"KS!!!!!" CW screeches, as she realizes KS has fashioned an unmentionable body part out of poison ivy for the Doggett topiary.

KS materializes quietly next to CW, Stardoe and KM. She gently takes KM by the elbow. "I want you to turn around as we do the unveiling of my piece de resistance gift for you."

All turn and watch as Rabid tosses the still gagged and tied Kande off an enormous billboard. As Kande falls, the rope tied to her feet drags the drape off the billboard. KS has fashioned a photo collage of the Mayor in various unspeakable poses with Shipperville and X-files residents. KM turns red, then white and her hands clasp into fists.

"Look," says KS excitably. "There's you with Skinner in the shower, with Mulder in the wine cellar, with Bubba on top of the bar, with Krychek at the funeral parlor...and I'm not even blackmailing you to keep these secret!"

Melissa comes up behind them. "Is that one in the corner the Mayor with Doggett!"

KS nods. "At least, it's the Mayor with the Walmart plastic inflatable Doggett. Since I have the flesh-and-blood Doggett, I figured I could be generous on the Mayor's 40th birthday."

Melissa turns pale. "The Walmart Doggett you gave me?"

KS smirks. "The very one."

Melissa starts scrubbing frantically at her body. "Excuse me," she hastily curtsies to the Mayor. "I need a shower."

KM's hands are fashioned into a strangling curve. Just as she reaches for KS' neck, a cry is heard and the birthday cake is seen flying through the air.

"I've got it!" Det can be seen flying after it, her cape flowing behind her.
