Well, no I cant, because nothing ever happened during my visits. I sense things, I can walk into a house and immediately tell if somethings there, but in general, nothing happens. Ive had experiences though, where things did, for instance a basement flat I shared in my art school days in Brighton was extremely active, and quite terrifying. Also a house in New Paltz, NY that I lived in for a year, was so busy that my husband refused to sleep in it at night. I wouldnt call that place terrifying though, just already occupied. Its events were well documented in the local historical society and its since been torn down. My big Victorian in Salida, CO, that I bought precisely because it was legendary in town for hauntings, was another instance of feeling like we kept company with others, including seeing them often. But Cotchford, although I did sense things, I was never priviledged to witness anything. It was peaceful for the most part. Most haunts are. The ones you hear about are rare. Inevitably however, people have died in the structures that make up Cotchford, and their presences are felt. But I felt they were benign, the place never scared me. And Brian was just a nervous guy who hated being alone anywhere, much less a place that size with all its creaks and groans.
