I have always enjoyed reading your post's. I also think you and Pam do a great job with the awesome site (the best Brian Jones site). You want my honest opinion?

I have believed for some time that the people who were with Brian that fatal night, were (not all) directly ordered to "finish the job". It's well known that Alan Klein was known as a "gangster" before he ever took over the Stones Management, business affairs. Klein bullied everybody. If necessary, intimidate to get his way. But he always won. Brilliant Business Man. But every man in power has his "contacts". People who can dig up dirt and "set" people up to get busted. If he served in the military even better (hello tom keylock)!!. My point is Brian Jones got in the way of the machine. Brian started the band. He had every right to fight for "his baby". But, he got in the way. I hate to repeat a sentence, but Brian had to go... if I am thinking in Mr. Klein's shoes. You know, with the "golden handshake" made between Brian, Mick & Keith. Come on, it was all about the money. Why else did they have a bond fire and steal every valuable possession (not to mention documents, legal affairs) in Brian's house? The police were "made aware" as well. How else, did they NOT have a man on duty the following day? Are you kidding me? I know, the times have changed, but Brian wasn't just "anybody". Just too many unanswered questions for me.

I'm off the soapbox now!!
