I agree Dear that it's valid to think Brian was murdered, and indeed it isn't fair his killers got a way with it if that was the case. The evidence made it look more like a homicide than not.

Unfortunately, all the evidence Trevor's investigators collected is just that...evidence. None of it was provable as it stood, and his logic, flawed though it may be, told him it would be irresponsible to present unsubstantiated data publicly. Also unfortunately, it's brought great folks like you, Lazlo and many others, into conflict with the very idea he did an investigation at all! You feel betrayed, and it's understandable, but it's all moot now.

At the risk of repeating myself, I don't blame HIM for the police's failure to redeem themselves of that long-ago trashing of Brian's case...I blame THEM! If you choose to Blame Trevor, and not the police, so be it. We've agreed to disagree before without losing any fingers and toes!
