Nope, didnt sleep with him. I had a boyfriend. I didnt say everything was lost, just a lot of it. I still have an antique cameo Brian gave me, and a Moroccan djellaba he brought me from Marrakech. Another one he gave me finally bit the dust in a washing machine a couple years ago. There never were any letters, the post card is long gone, and there are photos, but not with me in them so you would still doubt. My copy of the original Satanic Majesties that the whole band signed to me was stolen in 1979 and is probably in NYC somewhere, but that would prove jack as well.
Heres the thing. I moved from England to the States in 69. In the space of the next ten years I got married twice, had four kids and moved countless times, finally ending up here. Life can be cruel, things get lost, stolen, burned up, or simply vanish. In other words, my life interfered and I see no reason to apologise for that. A good friend dies unexpectedly, well, so did both my husbands! Go ahead and be skeptical, it doesnt change my memories, nor the live I lived back when I had one.
