Frowning a little, he finally paused in his walk, just outside the door to Aiden's office, so he could set his bag down and shove his hands into his pockets, rocking back on his heels. "You met her before I did and it's like she's had a thing for you ever since the first time you guys met, right? Even the times you went away for a bit, she was all sad and shit and it was just recently that she started to seem like she might be getting over you. I haven't had all that long to make my move and then suddenly you are right back here in here life again." His brow furrowed as his hand left his pocket to run through his hair, a low breath escaping his lips. "I just...this isn't all about me and how I want to get the girl. That's big stuff, believe me but..." He trailed off, lifting his eyes to the man who he had thought of as his friend but now wasn't so sure of. "I don't want to see her sad again, you know what I am saying?" He was sick of seeing his girl upset over Aiden, her heart on her sleeve and breaking. The last thing he wanted to do was to go through it all over again when Aiden decided it was time to go to Darfur and save some orphens...or whatever it was he went and did so regularly. Tommy honestly believed he could make Keila happy if he just had a chance too, if the girl would just look past Aiden and see what was standing right in front of her. Countless times he had brought it up to her and she had just smiled at him, that beautiful, achingly sad smile that seemed was reserved just for him and then shrug her shoulders and tell him that it wasn't a good time for her. Without a doubt, if he heard that one more time, he could quite possibly just lose his cool.
