Yeah I was thinking Bernard was the black guy who first put them in the pit but I think we were supposed to assume that. I think it's just a natural thing for people to assume her husband would also be black. But you know I could have sworn that we saw Rose's husband, a black man, in a scene on the plane but I guess not.

So where the heck are the rest of the 23 people!? Do The Others have all of them too along with Walt?
And have I got it right, that there are two hatches/bunkers? What's that all about?
