Is Pat Beilein a cheating scumbag?

Does Pat Beilein have the professional experience to be considered as a viable candidate?

Is Pat Beilein young, enthusiastic, with a modicum of knowledge about the CU job, and perhaps some connections that would benefit him as CU coach?

If the answer to the first question is no, and if the answer to the second and third questions is yes, then does he merit a second chance, consistent with our institutional values?

I'm certain you'll tell us all what the correct approach should be.

Yeah stop at question one moron. Unless you believe that stalking your assistant's girlfriend while you pregnant wife is at home is ok. Apparently things on the "left coast" (I hope you realize you didn't come up with that term you funny guy) are a bit "different".
