This new coach & staff need to make this part of their DNA. You can’t ignore fan or alumni engagement.

We’re not a Power 5 school. Don’t have a football program. The men’s basketball program needs to be the front porch of our brand.

We need to market & build the brand.

Last but not least you need a coach who knows how to recruit in the Northeast & Canada.

Sometimes it's forgotten that support needs to be earned . The school can't expect blind loyalty given the missteps they've made along the way with the basketball program . Fan support and loyalty is not a given. For too long long those that have remained loyal and generous have been taken for granted .
