Date Posted: 924170934PDT Posted by gowge on Sunday, 11 April 1999, at 11:25 p.m. St.Augustine Fishing! This Gulf Trout, or Corvina caught in Mexico is the same species as our own speckled trout! Amazing! Do you suppose those researchers in Texas have learned to "cross breed" these monsters with a regular trout?? Wooo HOOOO!! How would you like to catch one of these while wading or flyfishing next time you're out.... The Fish is probably a large Corvina or more likely a Totoaba from Baha.
