Subject: Most memorable voices in Transformers

This is just a little list I've compiled. It includes The classic cartoon (G1), Beast Wars, Beast Machines and Robots in Disguise. Unfortunately, I've seen very little of Armada, so I can't comment on any voices done there.

The voices are judged by character, not by actor, so some actors can (and do) show up in the list more than once. Also, some voices are obviously altered electronically, and made more memorable through those means and not necessarily through the talents of the voice actor. This is just judging the voices. Note it is also judging by how "memorable" they are, not just quality. There has to be a certain something...unique...there. There are a lot of perfectly wonderful voices that didn't make my list.

Anyways, here's my Top 25:

#25: Sky Lynx (G1), Aron Kincaid.
#24: Rapid Run (RiD), Keith Diamond.
#23: Cyclonus (G1), Roger C. Carmel.
#22: Bruticus (G1), Roger C. Carmel.
#21: Jazz (G1), Scatman Crothers.
#20: Jetstorm (BM), Brian Drummond.
#19: Astrotrain (G1), Jack Angel.
#18: Tarantulas (BW), Alec Willows.
#17: Rail Spike (RiD), Mike Reynolds.
#16: Kup (G1), John Stephenson.
#15: Wheelie* (G1), Frank Welker.
#14: Tankor (BM), Paul Dobson.
#13: Optimus Prime (RiD), Neil Kaplan.
#12: Dinobot (BW), Scott McNeil.
#11: Blurr (G1), John Moschitta, Jr.
#10: Devastator (G1), Arthur Burghardt.
#9: Botanica (BM), Kathleen Barr.
#8: Waspinator (BW/M), Scott McNeil.
#7: Megatron (G1), Frank Welker.
#6: Megatron (RiD)**, Daniel Riordan.
#5: Grimlock (G1), Gregg Berger.
#4: Optimus Prime (G1), Peter Cullen.
#3: Starscream (G1), Chris Latta.
#2: Megatron (BW/M), David Kaye.
#1: Soundwave (G1), Frank Welker.

* Not that I'm particularly glad I remember that one... :p

** Yes, I suspect #6 being ahead of #7 would be a bit controversial.
