I've never thought of ranking them, so this is more general "favourites", with on exception.

Soundwave is in at number 1, no question, instantly memorable, unique and totally right for a robot. (Strange the only other really electronically distorted voice in Gen1 (as opposed to accented, like Megatron) was Wheelie, who is just so wrong on so many levels)

Waspinator, simply because he could make reading the phone book sound hilarious... "Why Universe hate Waspinator"

BW/BM Megatron for his sheer casually assured "Bond villain" quality, even when saying lines like "When expecting a booby trap, always send a boob in first."

Starscream - Never has a name better described a voice. I keep clearing my throat in sympathy.

Jazz, it's Scatman Crothers, nuff said. Most other Gen 1 voices fail to register as being memorable. Optimus, Bumblebee etc are just so.... generic.

Rat-trap - A Maximal from New Joisy, and it works!

Silverbolt & Blackarachnia; The Adam West and Julie Newmar of the Beast Wars, every scene between them just drips subtext, and the voices compliment the characters beautifully.
