So far, everyone who's replied to the Email has opted for Parramatta Park as the preferred venue.

Also, the day and time is still to be set and is pretty flexible, as I'll be on holiday. The only day I won't be able to do it is Saturday October 5.

I'm tentatively suggesting next Wednesday October 2. Time -- anytime in the afternoon, let's say 13:00.

As for what styles will be there, this will be dependent on who turns up. It's as simple as that. So by all means, feel free to invite friends along -- the more people who come, the more styles we'll be represented, which will make the day all the more interesting!

I want this to be a day for people from different styles to share ideas and questions.

So far, this is the loose structure of what we'll be looking at:

* Basic unarmed combat -- various defences against punches, kicks, grapples, throws etc.
* More advanced unarmed combat -- this will involve defence against armed opponents; again we will be looking at fighting against knives, swords and guns. No live weapons will be present.

It's all rather informal and most likely we'll be making/changing things as we go along.
