Terry was walking around, he luckily took in one bounty. The guy was basically worthless, but it was better than nothing. He was walking around, it had already gotten late. The streets were buzzing with the vagabonds of the night, the drug-dealers, the hustlers, and the other types of roamers.
"Mister..." a little kid said from behind a small pile of souveniers, "Wanna buy something?"
"Sorry kid." Terry said as he walked by, "I don't exactly have alot of cash."
"But mister." the kid said as he followed Terry. "The money's not for me, it's for my family."
When Terry heard the kid say, 'It's for my family.' He turned around and knelt down towards the kid. "Here kid." He said as he pulled a couple of bills from his pocket and set them on top of the kid's pile of cheap souveniers.
"Thanks mister." the kid said as he looked over the money, "Whoa, five hundred wu-longs... Thanks alot. My mother and sister can really use this."
"Kid, just don't spend it all in one place. And stay out of trouble." Terry said as he stood up and started to walk away.
"Here take this mister." the kid said as he handed Terry a small red flower, "I only give these to real good people."
"Thanks kid." Terry said as he took the small flower and put it gently in his pocket. And went on his way.
Awhile later, Terry arrived at a park he used to hang out at as a kid. It was also only a couple of blocks away from the cemetary where his father was buried.
Dad, I told you I'd be back. he thought as he walked into the cemetary and over to the grave marked, Jackson Walker. Terry knelt down over it and took the small flower from his jacket pocket and set it on the base of the grave stone.
Dad.. I'm back. And like I promised, by the graves, not in one. Damn it's been awhile since I've been back here, been around the solar system and back since then. Terry took the picture of him, his father, his mother and young sister out of his wallet, and smiles slightly. Everyday you been gone longer, but it still feels the same as the day you died. And this never gets easier. I'm not gonna join you anytime soon dad, and I know you're glad to hear that. Well I gotta go.
Terry stood up and walked away, putting the picture back in his wallet. And he whispered, "Dad... Don't worry about anything... I've got it all handled."
Terry walked all the way back to the ship, and then he got on board, and went to sleep.
[DREAM: A young Terry, and younger Rei, accompanyied by their mother stand beside the still unearthed grave of Jackson Walker.
Preist: "We are gathered here today to lay to rest Jackson Walker...."
The scene blurred, and it soon became the sight of Jackson's coffin being lowered into the ground and the dirt being thrown down the grave.
Terry knelt down beside the edge of the grave and started to cry. And he punched the ground a couple of times.]
