With my blue PvE set I get 91 Sta, 103 int, 40 spi and 64 magic power. The problem is that the much higher amount of spi messed up my comparement of the PvP to the PvE set.

With PvP set I get 147 sta, 89 int, 23 int and 96 Magic Power. I sacrifice 14 int and 17 spi for a helluva lot of stamina. The PvP set will be 50% stronger on stamina, and 33'ish % stronger on magic power. Very noticable IMO - such a priest will have much better staying power.

I bet other class' PvP sets will look something similar: You won't have all the PvE stats on it, only PvP.
