Saturday is Halloween and costumes are also acceptable. Both of my champ dancers are wearing costumes Saturday. -- No name, 14:26:40 10/25/20 Sun (pool-71-182-224-74.pitbpa.fios.verizon.net/71.182.224.74)

not according to syllabus (more inside) -- No name, 08:39:55 10/26/20 Mon (pool-100-6-100-155.pitbpa.fios.verizon.net/100.6.100.155)
The Halloween Feis in Pgh actually happened in September on the 26th.
These feis on 31st and 1st are not Halloween Feis, even with the dates. The syllabus for the 1st states this is a traditional feis. The syllabus for the 31st is the syllabus from the original March date.
You could email Jim and ask him. He may be ok with costumes, but you should plan on solo dress/black leo just in case.
Not trying to argue, just pointing out what the syllabi state. The dates of comp make it confusing, to be sure.

Not to mention that it could be embarrassing for the children if they came in Halloween costume and were the only ones. Not sure why they didn't move the Halloween Feis to Saturday and the West Virginia Feis to the date the Halloween Feis was. I'm sure it was a hassle, but it could have been done. -- Stange year for all, 13:14:25 10/26/20 Mon (cpe-65-189-55-125.cinci.res.rr.com/65.189.55.125)
