Subject: Social distancing is your responsibility in an outdoor space

If you are upset that people were “crammed together” then be a polite adult and set an example for your child by politely asking the people invading your space to give you some room. They cannot put social distancing markings on grass. It’s up to the grown ups there to set the example for our kids at following rules AND recommendations. And no, I am not affiliated with the feis, but I was in attendance today and felt that for a new venue and with the COVID restrictions it was handled quite well.

To the OP- there were so many things that were great about today's feis -- a venue the suited this size gathering, beautiful weather, volunteers who worked countless hours behind the scenes and today to make the feis happen, judges willing to travel, families supporting their children, and hundreds of cooperative kids happy to do what they love--and you choose to complain that the distribution of awards wasn't perfect?
