Subject: I noticed that. DD is OC, so it doesn't matter, but for the grades/PC dancers, I assume it's teacher's discretion. No feises to qualify with, so no way to qualify otherwise.

I unofficially heard if you qualified last year you automatically qualify for this year. Its teacher's discretion for dancers who did not qualify for a solo last year.
