You've written some good sketches that I like, I just wasn't a fan of the celebrity parody and Alec Baldwin bashing pieces.

And to set the record straight, I don't mind a sketch that makes an occasional pop culture reference or two, but not if it's been oversaturated or if it's a cliche parody or joke that's been repeatedly played out (whenever a comedian brings up Paris Hilton, I change the channel, because I'm sick of hearing Paris Hilton jokes.) I just like to see sketches that display origniality and truly clever humor, and aren't just rehashings of trite, predictable celebrity jokes.

Your news hour bit seems like a good one, though maybe instead of it just being OCD, might I suggest that all the news members have different psychological disorders (one has an obscure phobia like fear of neckties, one's a kleptomaniac or pyromaniac or possibly both, one suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ect.) But that's just my idea. And the tormented pizza delivery boy sketch sounds interesting.

If you don't mind my asking, what did you think of my bits for this show? I'd really like to know what people thought of "Topical Issues".
